Real Estate G Jimmink ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish law. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
We only collect data that you submit yourself or that is necessary for the operation and security of the site:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number and your message.
- Rental booking request: arrival and departure dates, guest count and contact details.
- Security signals: IP address, user agent and request metadata (briefly retained).
- Cookie identifiers: see section 4.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries via the contact form - performance or pre-contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Processing rental booking requests - performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Site security and fraud prevention - legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics and marketing cookies - consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Cookies and similar technologies

5. Recipients and processors
We share your data only with the following processors, who are contractually bound to GDPR-compliant processing:
- Hosting: Vercel Inc.
- Database and file storage: Vercel Postgres and Vercel Blob.
- Email delivery: Resend, Inc.
- Google LLC (Analytics, Ads) - only after consent.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. - only after consent.
6. International transfers
Some processors are based outside the EU/EEA. Transfers take place under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Retention periods
- Enquiries: 24 months after last contact.
- Rental booking requests: 5 years for invoiced bookings (Spanish tax retention obligation), otherwise 24 months.

8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time. Email info@realestategjimmink.com - we respond within one month.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
10. Changes
For material changes we bump the version number of your cookie consent, so that the banner reappears and you can make a fresh choice.
